We currently have six hand pulled cask conditioned ales on our bar, John Smith's Bitter and Timothy Taylor Landlord which are permanent and 4 rotating guest ales.

Some of our regular local brewers include The Brown Cow, York Brewery, Copper Dragon and Ossett, we also include ales from the length and breadth of the Country

This now means that the Wheatsheaf has the largest selection of Real Ales in the area together with five lagers and cider.
